By booking a treatment with Mind Body Massage, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings and Cancellations

   • All bookings must be made in advance.

   • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a full or partial charge. If cancelled before 24 hours then 50% will be taken, but cancellation on day of appointment will be full price of treatment. This applies to vouchers as well as general bookings.

   • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, but the full session fee will still apply.

2. Payment

   • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise stated.

   • Cash or a QR code is available for making payment

   • Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
